Shipping policy

 

At Yousra & Co, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped in the order that they are received. As of November 12, 2024- we ship orders every following Monday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number to your email. You will also be able to automatically track your order through the Shop App, powered by Shopify.

We ship to all addresses within the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping address.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
