Refund policy

 

At Yousra & Co, we understand that things can change and you may need to cancel your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email as soon as possible, with your order number ready. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped out. However, if the item has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and you will need to follow the return policy.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please provide photographs and contact us to proceed with the claim within 3 days of delivery date. If the item was damaged during shipping, we may need to file a claim with the carrier. If the wrong item was received, we will supply a prepaid return label, free of charge to you. We will not be able to process a replacement until the original item has been received by us. If the original item you ordered is out of stock, your order will be refunded. In the case that your replacement order is also received damaged, you will receive a full refund of the damaged item.

Please note that prepaid return labels will expire after 7 days, and you will have to submit a new claim. Our team will work with you to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution to any issues that may arise.

Full refunds are available only for items that arrive totally damaged, supported by photographs. Please note, returns for items with minor imperfections or minor chips are not accepted. Keep in mind, these are handmade items that have traveled over 6000 miles to reach you!
